| The
McHenry County Legacy Plan will be created by examining and cataloging
a sample of planning documents. Pertinent components of these plans will
be integrated into a database of plans that can be used as a stand-alone
resource to query information about planning efforts in the county and
region. |
The sample of plans chosen is intended to give a reasonable picture of planning efforts in the county. Although numerous other plans exist in the region, the following documents were chosen for their probable impact on regional decision-making. Other plans can be added based on input from local stakeholders and planners.
